Xenia Horne, music therapist and harpist, shares an hour of harp music, drawing on well-loved tunes and music specially selected to create an informal, calm space for reflection and relaxation. The resonance of the harp is unique and beautiful, and can carry across the library
using the natural acoustics of the instrument.
The sessions are designed as a sharing of music without the more structured format of a concert, without applause so that the music can create a supportive holding environment.
“Wonderful – it was like time stopped.”
“Magical, gives a sense of peace. Loved it.”
