Lullaby Circle is aimed at parents with babies 18 months and under, and offers them a chance to come together in a beautifully soothing environment to learn lullabies and traditional songs from around the world in a relaxing and welcoming series of sessions.

Led by Xenia Horne, professional harpist and music therapist, the group will get to know each other, revisiting songs and activities each session to build confidence and develop a bank of soothing tools they can use at home with their babies.

The activity takes place on rugs and blankets with cushions for comfort, with a focus on relaxation and breathing, providing a quiet, calm space to just ‘be’.
