Singing & Storytelling with Rob Gildon 

Join Rob for some singing and storytelling with a repertoire of new and old theatrical songs. The interactive workshops will include physical feel-good warmups and practical exercises that you can take home with you to help with breathing, posture and getting comfortable. 

Creative Socials offer high-quality arts workshops for people aged 50+ in Breckland! Sessions offer an opportunity to improve wellbeing, try something new and meet others in a safe environment.
