Hi everyone, it’s me again – Sydney! I hope that you have been enjoying the transition into Autumn, I have loved seeing the leaves change colour and collecting conkers. The last wellbeing pack you received was themed around Bollywood, exploring the cultural history of the genre and giving it a go ourselves! We were introduced to Rebecca Grant, who is an actress, dancer and artist. She has graced the stage in lots of West End Musicals, namely the big Bollywood one – called Bombay Dreams! We had incense, chai tea bags and a CD to tantalize all our senses and transport us to India! Julie at Creative Arts East and our volunteer and board member Liz, both created such beautiful flower mobiles! Our next wellbeing pack will follow on from this one, with more Bollywood themed activities for you all – we will be given some scarves which we will use to learn some Bollywood dance moves. We will also be having a zoom with Rebecca, learning and doing some dance moves together (for more information just give me a call or email.)
