Beside the Seaside
Sea and sand, piers and proms: A moving history of seaside resorts in Norfolk and Suffolk in the 1930's, 1950's, and the 1960's.

For Those in Peril
An archive history of risk and rescue along our coast: Anglia Television presenter and figurehead Dick Joice tells the dramatic story of the Cromer lifeboat and the courageous men who manned it.

Gone Fishing
A collection of films of fishing on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast: A pictorial history of herring fleets fishing from Lowestoft and Yarmouth filmed by famous documentary maker John Grierson.

Narrated by local presenter and archive Enthusiast Eddie Anderson
Eddie worked for over 30 years at Anglia TV in Norwich making a wide range of programmes, but most popular was ‘Bygones’ revealing the best of the recent past, and featuring many customs, declining industries and popular culture before they disappeared with the march of progress.
