Out of the Box

Out of the Box is a six month course for Care Home and Day Centre staff to develop creative techniques for working with residents and clients. As a result of a partnership with Adult Social Services department of Norfolk County Council was piloted during between March and September 2009 with activities assistants and other care staff from Elderly Care Residential Homes across Norfolk.

 

The course introduces a range of techniques and provides a chance for students to try these out in their own settings and learn from each others' experiences.
